What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods;  cash on delivery, direct bank transfer and debit/credit card payment.

What is your shipping policy?

For local orders we take 7-10 days for international orders we take 2-3 weeks.

Can I return/exchange a product?

Returns are only accepted if there is a defect, damage, or incorrect item received. In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing [insert contact info], along with clear photos of the issue.

Exchanges are offered for size only and are subject to availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags intact.

All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Customised or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

On what amount is delivery free?

A standard delivery fee is applicable on all orders within Pakistan. For international orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination region and package size.

On what amount do we require a 50% advance payment?  

For orders placed on COD costing more than 20,000/- a 50% advance payment is required.

Do we have tracking numbers available?

Yes, all orders come with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Do we offer customisations?

Customisations are only available for specific articles that clearly mention this option in their product description. If a piece does not list customisation details, it is only available as shown. Please refer to individual product pages for more information.

What is our studio visit policy?

At this time, we do not offer studio visits for our Ready-to-Wear collection. These pieces are exclusively available for purchase through our online store. We appreciate your understanding and invite you to explore the full collection on our website.
